Do I have to use Grit Sticks?
Not at all! Although we do consider our sticks some of the best bang-for-your-buck climbers on the market, there are plenty of options out there. Some guys use ladders, some arborists gaffs, and still others will hang their saddle above a ladder stand for more comfort. Basically any method that gets you to hunting height safely will work.
How Do I Carry My Sticks Into the Woods?
The three basics options are:
- Attach them to your hunting pack of choice
- Attach them to your saddle via the saddle's MOLLE loops
- Carry them in your hands!
How Do I Carry My Sticks Up the Tree?
The best option here is to attach your climbers to your saddle via the saddle's MOLLE loops so they can be removed one at a time as youplace them on the tree.
